Generation 1.14: Its been a while…

Hey there everyone! Sorry its been so long since I last posted. I got a little distracted by other things, *cough cough* world of warcraft *cough* I recently got sucked back into the game and have since been playing like crazy. But now I am back and ready to post for you all. So Lets get started:

 

We can always count on Valerie to give adorable Grimalkin some love… thankfully. Otherwise we would have had him taken by now :$

The first passout fail of the legacy (-5) Thanks Shaelyn… couldn’t just sleep at home.

And here we have Mason autonomously doing his homework.

The family splurged and purchased a soccer net with the hope that Benny and Shaelyn would bond while using it. 

Also got Benny the Magical flying broom, and used CAS to make it his favorite color 😀

In preparation for Shaelyn’s young adult birthday I redid her bedroom in her favorite color. 

And here comes the sparkles. Even Zoey is here!

And here we have the lovely Shaelyn. I think she turned out fantastic. 

We had another birthday as well! my heir aged into a teen. though I missed him doing the sparkle dance. He is smexy though.

Awww time for a family magic show! This is why I picked Ivan, I love the witchy aspect. 

Benjamin! Thats not how you congratulate your daughter on completing highschool!!!!!

Benny: I felt the need to fire blast something and she was there *shrug*

clearly the proper reaction to singeing your daughter is to go lay a big ol’ wet one on your wife…

Shaelyn won an award, she was voted most likely to be a super star athlete (or something like that)

And Benjamin attacked another one of his children… He turned Ivan into an icicle…

Shaelyn: gotta feel the burn!!! Gotta get pumped!

Benjamin! did you try to freeze your wife too?!?

Benny: Noooo…

Valerie: I will paint with your blood if you try to freeze me again!

Not sure what happened here… but Ivan stayed singed like this for days…

 Oh yeah! Ivan rolled vegetarian, and his mother is clearly proud of that choice!

I got rid of the motive mobile, it kept the motives up for too long and messed with everyone’s sleeping patterns. so I got them a prius instead!

YESSSSS finally! bonding! and gaining athletic skill. I knew they would notice the soccer net eventually.

On this upbeat note, I think this is a good place to stop!

Generation 1.13: One Less Mouth to Feed

welcome back everyone!! Here we are joining the Covington Crowd for another entry in their lives. The time is flying by, the kids are growing and moving out. Thankfully this first generation has been pretty accident free, hopefully it continues. Let’s Begin!

The lovely Kitty Grimalkin caught a few new members of the family! A garter snake and an iguana. Hopefully they get taken care of. 

Mason: Thats awesome! I promise to take care of him!

At least Valerie is close with Grimalkin. He gets the most attention from her.

So much for the kids taking care of the pets… Dad’s cleaning the cages

It seems like only yesterday Ivan became a toddler… wait… was it yesterday?

And here he is! Ivan Covington, he is now insane hydrophobic and neurotic… he is going to be a handful…

I am glad he is trying to care for Grimmy now because he will be Ivan’s familiar once he comes of age!

The family had saved up quite a decent amount of money so I sent them off to the summer festival to have fun, while I remodeled the house for them. 

Here is the newly remodeled house. Still kinda small because combined I only had 28k simoleons but I am happy with how it came out for now. 

Nothing says family like shoving your face full of hotdogs.

And little mason is being responsible and doing homework instead of having fun!

As soon as the family got home the girls rushed to get ready, and headed off to prom.  Zoey won prom queen, and came home with a romantic interest. 

There is her crown.

Anyone else wonder where she puts the phone when she is wearing a bathing suit…?

It is time for Mason’s birthday, thankfully Valerie remembered to throw a party for him.

Isn’t he dashing? Looks just like his father. He is now friendly insane frugal and a dog person.

The next morning its Zoey’s turn to age up! Birthdays every day.

And here she is. Despite the nose she turned out quite gorgeous. she is now and insane artistic hot headed sailor who loves to swim. 

On this note, I think its a good place to stop. We now only have three kids left. Two teens and a child.
